Email Received 3rd January – Can You Update Our 22 year old furniture – which you fitted in 2000?

“We are looking to replace and update the fitted furniture you installed in our bedroom 22 years ago! This is what you put in in August 2000- the house was brand new, and we hadn’t moved in!”

What were you doing in the year 2000? What was your existing company doing in the year 2000? We were fitting bedrooms and sliding wardrobes and we still are.

The drama of that year was the switch from the year 1999 to 2000 – remember the hype?  But what did happen for our customers in Hamble: we installed a room of fitted furniture. And 22 years later, it was still standing strong but looking a bit tired.

So they wanted an update. We visited mid January and redesigned the room, adding top boxes along the back wall. We introduced the customer to our plasterer and carpet fitter, so the room had a total transformation. Here are the before pictures, followed by the after pictures.
