The Company guarantees that it will either replace with goods of the same or similar specification or repair, at its choice, free of charge any goods or components that prove defective due to faulty material, or workmanship, at any time within a period of 5 years following installation. The company cannot guarantee replacement of goods exactly the same colour or type. We will source as closely as possible to the original furniture.
You will appreciate that after 5 years of use, like most things, your furniture may need a bit of a service. Contact us on the 5th anniversary and we will come out and tighten all moving parts in your bedroom, check your drawer boxes, hinges, soft close. This is totally free of charge to you. This can happen any time between 5 and 10 years from the order. In addition, from the 5th year we offer an UPGRADE YOUR BEDROOM deal.
After the 10th year of your Swan Systems furniture being installed, if anything goes wrong, please call us. We will make a report summarising any relevant issues and present this to you. We will then discuss the route to moving forwards to rectify. There may be a charge for parts or labour depending on the nature of the issue. After 10 years we offer an exclusive UPGRADE YOUR BEDROOM deal.
